With more than 40 years of expertise in the bankcard industry, I am a strategic leader specializing in card brand compliance, risk management, fraud detection, dispute resolution, and operational assessments. I have a demonstrated history of fostering strong relationships with card brands, customers, service providers, and regulators. My approach focuses on developing innovative and effective solutions to navigate complex industry challenges while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Paysafe:
Senior point of contact for all major Card Brands (Mastercard, Visa, etc.)

Responsible for driving business development opportunities and optimizing relationships with the card brands.

Paysafe's Scheme Compliance team responsibility and oversight.

Mastercard:
David was employed at Mastercard from 2012 to 2022 and held several positions in US Customer Fraud Management and Customer Engagement and Performance (North America Market).

He was the Franchise Management Program (FMP) Lead and had responsibility for United States Market Development (Acquiring Customer Relationships), including day to day fraud and operational issues, Brand Performance follow-up, card testing events and the overall health and safety of the Mastercard Ecosystem.

David is an acquirer subject matter expert with over 40 years experience in the payments industry and has performed over 400 Franchise Management Program Reviews globally.
