MAC is Growing - Grow With Us

As a non-profit organization with only two staff members, MAC depends upon the commitment of our members to keep the association strong. Since introducing our more inclusive dues and membership structure in June 2021, the number of individuals in the MAC community has grown by nearly 40%. Attendance is up in our monthly webinars, and the usage of MAC Alerts has nearly quadrupled since we implemented member-requested improvements last year. In any given month, our web traffic is now 8 to 16 times higher than it was just two years ago. From innovative new topics to rethinking many of our programs and activities, we are growing and delivering more value to our members.

There is a lot more on the way in the months ahead! Our new Strategic Interest Group on Fraud Trends will launch this fall. We will launch a major new education initiative, dubbed M@Cademy, early in 2023. The Member Compass feature on our website will expand to track member volunteer experiences, including those which count for CPP credits. Consistent with our policies and values, we are creating a new committee focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to support our members and our mission. We are in the first stage of a rebranding initiative that will continue to strengthen MAC’s position as a leader in industry efforts to fight fraud and champion regulatory compliance. And that is only the beginning of what we could do with more volunteers.

With all of this growth and potential opportunity on the horizon, we are looking for individuals to serve in many capacities – both smaller and larger. Individuals like YOU!
