Alert: Have That Feeling You’re Missing Out on MAC Emails?

Do you have a feeling that you haven’t been hearing everything MAC-related? 

Have you been receiving some types of MAC emails and not others?  

Did you try to reset your MAC password or add a member and no emails were received?

Have you been getting fewer MAC emails since MAC launched a new website back in May? 

MAC has heard of a few members whose companies’ spam filters have stopped Event Notices and other emails from reaching their inboxes. 

If you feel like this applies to you, please reach out to your IT department and ensure that MAC is not blocked or filtered as spam before it reaches you. Provide your IT team with samples of past MAC emails and our email address roots - @macmember.org - and ask them to add MAC to the company ‘SafeList.’ 

Taking these steps today will ensure your team receives every MAC Alert and email moving forward.
