novel products for emerging market with frictionless merchant provisioning and real-time sanctions screening. - Led multi-year build and delivery of Dynamic Payout, a disbursement platform for partner-initiated bank-to-bank
transfers and push payments (OCT). Nurtured from whiteboard drawing to secure and reliable merchant settlement
system moving $1B+ USD monthly. Ensured imperative transfer of funds to designated destinations. - Modernized legacy disbursement platform for PayFacs so that Dynamic Payout services in the United States are
provided by RealNet Payments LLC, a licensed money transmitter, resulting in continuity of operations as well as

Planned product strategy, features, and development within user, business, regulatory, and technical contexts for
payments offering at financial operations platform designed for B2B SaaS companies. Successful in negotiating and working

● Launched Maxio Payments, a new retail PayFac offering; onboarded and fully ramped 46 logos within one year.
● Decreased operational costs by $200K and increased residuals by $1.3M by implementing preferred partner
program for 7 gateways & PayFacs, end-of-life’ing 4 gateways, and upleveling integrations for 20 gateways.
● Replaced internal tokenization vault to save $50K in costs, resulting in improved security, resilience of system and

Built and enhanced integrations to embed modules from partner PSP/PayFac, Autobooks, into FIS banking distribution
channel so that community and small-sized banking institutions could offer integrated payment acceptance, professional
invoicing, cash flow management & accounting features as part of FIS® Digital One™ Business and Flex platforms.
● Directed 4 remote Scrum teams and Product Owners in delivering build on time and within budget; identified gaps
in architectural design; assembled novel API-driven solution. Successfully campaigned for changes to multiple release
trains’ roadmaps to bring forward integration work, which could be multi-purposed with minor tweaks, thus
preserving the ability to mass deploy within the promised timeline and realize revenue by quarter end.
